Christiana is an Executive- (Marshall Goldsmith) and Business Coach (ACC) and Leadership Coach, who has worked with a wide range of companies, including start-ups, SMEs, as well as multinationals from the profit and non-profit sector. She is a change professional, a financial services industry expert and an Emotional Intelligence practitioner with 2 decades of international corporate and consulting experience, supporting leaders, teams and organizations on their transformational journeys.
